A Building with a story
The Sangria Garden was loved by people from Bucharest and considered one of the most special dining venues in the city, especially due to the palm collection and the Mediterranean atmosphere protected as in a greenhouse, with a glass roof. At the beginning of 2017, a new concept reanimated this beautiful building by creating a story around the character “Galletto”, which now appears in different ways in all corners of the restaurant, being also the main hero of the menu: the fire roasted rooster.

Italian cuisine
The concept belongs to Andrei Gaman, who, after launching in Bucharest Trattoria Il Mulino and Osteria Zucca, continues the way of Italian restaurants with a new challenge. A combination that includes on the one hand the same Italian quality ingredients (mozarella, burrata, prosciutto, seafood, pizza in a wood oven, fish or matured beef) and, on the other hand, the novelty of the Galletto rooster.

All my experience and especially the 8 years I spent in Italy, convinced me that our little Galletto offers a healthy and affordable alternative for an uncompromising meal. I hope that the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant will attract as many guests as possible, from Bucharest, but also tourists who love to discover one of the best restaurants in town.
